Finnsoy products are different from other soy products in six important ways. It’s the difference that sets us apart.

1. Technology and ingredients: All Finnprotex products are manufactured through a unique combination of heat and pressure, and are produced from 100% concentrated soy protein. Finnsoy products do not contain egg white, gluten, starch, flavor enhancers, fillers, stabilizers or preservatives. They are certified kosher and halal.

2. Texture: All Finnsoy products are produced with a chunkier texture as compared with other processed soy products. They do not require gluten
or other binders or stabilizers. Due to their pure taste, Finnsoy uses only natural spices and flavorings to achieve a wide range of very appetizing products. With Finnsoy products, there is no need to mask the taste with a blend of MSG, artificial flavors or other enhancers.

3. Appearance: Our products look very natural, making them extremely appealing and appetizing. Because the shapes are not uniform (unlike others that are exact cut-outs), they vary slightly in size and weight. The color is light — another unique characteristic of Finnsoy products.

4. Taste: Our products are 100% soy protein; our proprietary manufacturing process removes the bean-y taste, flavor and smell of the soy, so we are able to use completely natural seasonings. 6. Health and nutrition: The source of our protein in our products comes completely from soy as opposed to other processed products, which is derived partially from soy and egg white and gluten. Finnsoy products provide more soy protein per serving and conform more closely to the guidelines defined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products (except for those products coated with bread crumbs) are suitable for consumption by people with celiac disease and wheat allergies. With our proprietary process, we are also able to manufacture breaded/coated products without gluten. Soy protein possesses excellent health benefits. Due to its essential amino acids, soy protein (99% protein digestibility) is the best protein source for the human consumption right after egg whites and well ahead of wheat protein (25% protein digestibility): In GI (glycemic index) terms, the lower the number, the better. (The GI value of a product indicates the change in blood sugar level after its consumption.) Finnsoy products have a GI index between 5 and 30.
